Our commitment for the last 75 yearsBusiness can and should be a force for good
Bill Pollock was a scholarship student, the first in his family to attend university. That experience never left him. Drake Force for Good exists because Bill believed what happened for him should be possible for every young person with the drive to make something of their life.
Drake Force for Good is how that belief reaches the world. Not as a programme. As a commitment.
The access gapPotential is not the problem
Across the world, millions of young people are not in education, employment, or training. Not because they lack the ability or the ambition. Because they lack the access. The gap between potential and opportunity is not inevitable. It is a problem with practical solutions. Drake Force for Good is one of them.

The pillarsThree pillars
Drake Force for Good works because of who it works with. Organisations already trusted in their communities, already doing the work, already knowing what young people in their area need most. This is a community of purpose.

Pillar OneEmployee engagementWe are putting resources directly into the hands of our employees, at both the individual and team level, so that they can create meaningful impact in their communities.

Pillar TwoStrategic partnershipsReal change requires the right partners. Drake Force for Good works alongside educational institutions, community organisations, and industry partners who are already trusted in their communities and already doing the work. Together we create pathways that neither could build alone.

Pillar ThreeCommunity givingDrake Force for Good funds scholarships, supports access to education, and invests in the young people who have the drive to go further but lack the means to get there. This is giving back with purpose, rooted in the belief that opportunity should never be determined by circumstance.

These commitments reflect how we believe change happens: by investing in people, partnering with organisations already making a difference, and creating more opportunities for young people to take their first step forward.
