ambition. Because they lack the access.
The gap between potential and opportunity is not inevitable. It is a problem with practical solutions. Drake Force
for Good is one of them.

Real change requires the right partners. Drake Force for Good works alongside educational institutions, community organisations, and industry partners who are already trusted in their communities and already doing the work. Together we create pathways that neither could build alone.
PILLAR THREE
Drake Force for Good funds scholarships, supports access to education, and invests in the young people who have the drive to go further but lack the means to get there. This is giving back with purpose, rooted in the belief that opportunity should never be determined by circumstance.

Every year on 1 June, Drake stops to give back.
Teams, partners, and communities across 14 countries come together for a single day of action and impact uplifting communities that need it most.

I have always been driven by a greater purpose for Drake. It is a business but also a force for good. Yes, we are here to serve our customers and our employees, but also to serve society. Where I found my real contribution and personal joy was enabling individuals to reach their potential through meaningful work.
